New accounts are reviewed by GreenReach before you can publish. You can set up your catalogue and payouts right away.

Getting set up

How the supplier portal works

  1. Complete your Profile & policies (below) — buyers see your business, shipping and returns before they order.
  2. Set up payouts under Onboarding — Stripe collects your bank details and a photo ID so GreenReach can pay you. You can do this any time; you just can't be paid until it's done.
  3. Add your products under Products. New accounts are reviewed by GreenReach before your products go live to farms — we email you when you're approved.
  4. When a grower orders, we email you. Confirm, ship, and add a tracking number under Orders. Your sales and payouts show under Earnings.

Onboarding & payouts

Payouts run through Stripe. Stripe will ask for your bank/deposit details and a government photo ID to verify you — this is required before GreenReach can pay you, even though there's no charge to you. Steps below show what's left; a ✓ means that part is done.

How your products are selling — top sellers, your weekly order trend, your return rate, and where your buyers are. Buyer regions are grouped so no single buyer is identifiable.

Products

Add the equipment and supplies you sell. Set a wholesale price (what farms pay); you can edit any product later. New products go live to farms once GreenReach approves your account — until then they're saved as drafts only you can see.

A clear product photo helps farms choose. JPG/PNG/WebP, up to 2 MB. Buyers see this on the marketplace.

Choose a file, then click Save — the image uploads with the product.

GreenReach keeps the difference between retail and wholesale. Volume discounts and ship-to regions can be set after saving.

Shipping

Delivery rates

Set a flat delivery fee per region that farms order from — use * as a catch-all for any other region. Optionally make delivery free over an order amount. GreenReach passes delivery straight through to you.
