The GreenReach Marketplace lets your farm order inputs and equipment — seeds, nutrients, media, packaging, lab supplies, lights, sensors, and climate hardware — from vetted suppliers, in one place, with a single checkout. Each product is sold by the supplier who lists it; GreenReach handles discovery, payment, and support.
1. How buying works
Browse the catalogue, add items to your cart, and check out. Your order is priced at the retail price each supplier sets, plus any delivery fee for your region. GreenReach collects payment, confirms your order, and passes the order to the supplier to fulfil and ship to you directly.
2. Who you are buying from
Each product is sold and shipped by the supplier who lists it — the supplier is the seller of record. GreenReach is the marketplace and payment facilitator that connects you with them.
Before you order, each product page shows the supplier's identity, contact, ship-from location, handling time, and the supplier's shipping and return policies, so you can buy with full information.
Suppliers are reviewed and approved by GreenReach, and payouts are identity-verified through our payments partner, before they can sell.
3. Pricing & payment
The price shown is the price you pay for the item; delivery is shown separately based on your region. There is no markup added at checkout beyond what is displayed.
Payments are processed securely by Stripe. You may pay with a card on file or, where enabled, the order is charged directly to the supplier's payout account on GreenReach's platform.
Your receipt and order confirmation are available from your procurement area after checkout.
4. Shipping & delivery
Each supplier sets and publishes its own handling time (business days to ship) and delivery fees by region; both are shown before you order.
The supplier ships your goods directly. Delivery timelines depend on the supplier's handling time and the carrier.
If a supplier cannot fulfil an order, it is cancelled and refunded.
5. Order tracking & receiving
When a supplier ships your order, the carrier and tracking number are attached to the order and you are notified, so you can follow delivery from your procurement area.
When your goods arrive, mark the order received. Received orders update your supply records.
6. Returns & refunds
Returns are governed by each supplier's published return policy, shown on the product before you order — whether returns are accepted, the return window, and any conditions.
Goods that arrive damaged, defective, or materially not as described are eligible for replacement, repair, or refund regardless of the supplier's general return stance.
Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method.
7. Support
For questions about a specific order — fulfilment, tracking, returns — the supplier's contact is shown on the order and product. For help with checkout, payment, or your account, reach GreenReach from your procurement area.

What if my order is late or never ships?
Each supplier publishes a handling time. If a supplier cannot fulfil, the order is cancelled and refunded. You can always see the current status of every order.
Can I return something?
Returns follow the supplier's published return policy, shown before you order. Anything damaged, defective, or not as described is eligible for a remedy regardless of that policy.
How is the price set — is there a hidden fee?
No hidden fee. The price shown is what you pay; delivery is shown separately by region. GreenReach's margin is already included in the listed price — nothing extra is added at checkout.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. Payments are processed by Stripe; GreenReach does not store your card details.
