Stock
Your dated stock, oldest-expiring first. Every wholesale order you receive lands here automatically as a lot - nothing to key in.
Tap Used when stock is sold or prepped, and Lost when it is thrown out, damaged, taken, donated or sampled. Nothing is ever overwritten - a wrong entry is fixed by adding a correction, and the whole history stays on the lot.
Shrink by product
What you have lost, totalled per product and reason. Rows appear here only once you have logged something - an empty table means nothing has been booked, not that nothing was lost.
Purchases
Your receiving record. Every wholesale order you place is a purchase record here, and it records itself as received the moment the farm marks it delivered - nothing to key in.
Tap Reconcile delivery on any purchase to see each line you ordered against what the farm recorded delivering and anything you flagged. It is a record to take to the farm, not a credit - no charge, refund or account credit is created or changed by anything on this screen.

Every wholesale order and accepted quote records its own price - nothing to key in - and a product shows a trend here once you have bought it a few times.
A product is flagged when its latest price sits far enough off the middle of your recent purchases to be worth re-pricing the shelf or re-shopping the item.
These are your own prices only - no other buyer's prices and no farm's costs are shown here or used in the comparison. Nothing on this page sends you an alert: it is a screen you look at, not a notification you dismiss.
