Vendor Marketplace Terms

These terms cover your free vendor account on the GreenReach platform and your participation as a vendor in farmers markets and community markets organized through GreenReach. By creating a vendor account or applying to a market, you agree to the terms below.

1. Your free vendor account

• A vendor account is free. No hardware and no subscription fee are required to create one or to keep it.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information on your account and for keeping your sign-in credentials secure.
• Your account is yours. You may close it at any time from your vendor settings.

2. Applying to markets

• Each market is run by an organizer. Applying to a market does not guarantee acceptance — the organizer reviews and approves applications.
• If accepted, the organizer assigns your booth or location. Booth assignment is decided by the organizer, not selected by the vendor.
• Individual markets may set their own additional rules (hours, product categories, fees, insurance requirements). Those market-specific rules apply in addition to these terms, and are shown to you by the organizer.

3. Your products and compliance

• You are an independent vendor. GreenReach provides the marketplace platform; it does not produce, inspect, or sell your products.
• You are solely responsible for your products, including food safety, labelling, licensing, permits, and compliance with all applicable laws and local health regulations.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your pricing, inventory, and product descriptions.

4. Sales, fees, and payouts

• When you record a sale through a GreenReach market, GreenReach retains a settlement fee — a percentage of the sale set per market. The applicable fee is shown to you before you transact.
• Your proceeds, net of the settlement fee, are paid out to you. Payouts key off your vendor account, so keeping your payout details current is your responsibility.
• GreenReach does not move funds into or out of your external bank or payment accounts except to deliver payouts you are owed.

5. Your data

• GreenReach uses your account and sales data to operate the marketplace, process payouts, and show your listings to buyers.
• Your data is kept isolated to your account and the markets you join. GreenReach does not sell your individual vendor data or share it across unrelated tenants.

6. Conduct

• Do not misrepresent your products, post unlawful items, or attempt to access other tenants' data.
• Organizers may suspend or remove a vendor from a market for breaching that market's rules or these terms.

7. Changes to these terms

GreenReach may update these terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new version string and shown to you before they take effect. Continuing to use a vendor account after an update means you accept the updated terms.
