GreenReach — Funder Portal

For organizations that administer their own benefits program — fund it, enroll recipients, grant points, and see your community impact.

Am I in the right place? Organizations work with GreenReach two ways:

  • Your organization runs its own program — this portal is for you. Create an account to add funds, enroll recipients, grant points, and see your impact reports, all self-serve.
  • GreenReach administers the program for you — you don't need an account. Your read-only impact report arrives by email as a personal link that opens with no sign-in. Create an account here only if you'd like to take over day-to-day administration.

How your funding works

Your prefunded dollars become points for the families in your program → families redeem them for fresh food at local farms → GreenReach pays those farms. The figures below are aggregate and anonymized (small groups are withheld): you see the community impact, never an individual.

  1. Add funds — on a program card below, enter an amount and choose "Add funds". You pay in a secure Stripe checkout; the money lands in that program's pool.
  2. Add recipients — open "Manage recipients" on the program and add each family or partner organization (a phone number or email is required; tick the organization box for schools, shelters, and food hubs).
  3. Grant points — enter a point amount beside a recipient and press Grant. Grants draw from the program's available balance — you can never grant more than you've funded.
  4. See your impact — anonymized community-impact figures appear above after each settlement period closes.

Funding is held as a prefunded retainer and redeemed as produce by your recipients. You pay securely in Stripe — GreenReach never sees your card or bank details.
